Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold on this website are digital checker cards (Serial Numbers and PINs). Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the PIN has been revealed to you.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged but did not receive your checker card details (serial number and PIN).
  • The checker card delivered to you is invalid, already used or does not work on the official WAEC portal.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You have already used the checker card (fully or partially) on any WAEC results portal.
  • You provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong exam year or exam type) during purchase.
  • You simply changed your mind after the PIN was revealed/delivered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchasec

  • Your order reference number or the email used during purchase.
  • A description of the issue you encountered.
  • Screenshot evidence (if applicable), such as an error message from the WAEC portal.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days and in some cases, we may offer a replacement checker card instead of a monetary refund.

Returns

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, there are no physical returns. If you experience any issues with your checker card, please reach out to our support team and we will resolve it promptly.
